Registration, Cancelation, & Class Policies

Registration Policy

Pre-registration is necessary to allow for class preparation. Registration must be received no later than 24 hours before the start of the class. Late registrations are subject to class size/availability and are not guaranteed.

Registration for classes will begin as they are listed on this website.

Payment must be received at the time of registration. We are unable to reserve a space without payment. If you have special circumstances, please call (928) 207-5350.

If you are on a class waitlist, you will be contacted in the event a place becomes available. Fees are due at the time you are contacted, if you choose to enroll in the available session.

Cancelation Policy

A full credit will be issued if notice of cancelation is provided 48 hours or more prior to class. No class credit will be given if notice of cancelation is less than 48 hours from event start time. You may cancel by calling (928) 207-5350.

Paints & Pallets Refund Policy

No refunds will be issued for cancelations, though we will provide a credit that you may apply to a future class of the same theme. Stencils and materials are made specifically to accommodate your reservation. We cannot enroll you in a different class or offer a different pallet choice.

Private Event Cancelation Policy

Deposits made for mobile events, corporate events, and/or private parties are fully refundable if the event is canceled with at least 7 days’ prior notice. With less than 7 days’ notice, no refund will be issued.

Unless otherwise specified, materials will be provided for all classes.
